A behavioural experiment that identifies the key barriers and drivers for citizens to seek healthcare cross border in another EU Member State. The study informs the design of National Contact Points (websites) for healthcare which are required to be established in each Member State under the Directive on the application of patients’ rights in cross-border healthcare.
